Aaron is an entrepreneur with over twenty years of commercial experience including founding and providing start-up funding to a cloud-technology company and leading it. Processes he oversaw included growth, NZTE funding, IPO, globalisation, rationalisation and a successful exit to a Silicon Valley corporation.

Scott Keon has over 35 years of experience in New Zealand’s telecommunications industry, serving as the Sales Director and a founding director of Vadacom, specialising in tailored communication solutions.

Lindsay Phillips has been involved in private equity for over 35 years including 7 years with Price Waterhouse and 37 years in investment banking/private equity across the UK, Europe, USA and Australia including Managing Director of Lazard Australia Private Equity.
